Our mission story

People over profit.

I was born in Haiti and came from a family that didn’t have much. Years ago, I made the decision to leave my job and bet on myself as an entrepreneur.

That journey taught me something I’ll never forget: when you’re blessed with an opportunity to change your life, you have a responsibility to help others change theirs.

That’s why I built this company.

Our mission is simple: help people take control of their credit, create better financial opportunities, and put themselves and their families in a stronger position for the future.

But there’s one principle we refuse to compromise on: if we don’t believe we can help you, we won’t take your money.

We’re not here to collect payments from everyone who walks through the door. We’re here to work with people we genuinely believe we can help.

For me, this is bigger than credit. It’s about giving back, opening doors, and helping other families get opportunities they may have once thought were out of reach.

Why credit matters

Your report is a document other people read about you

Understanding what's on it — and correcting what shouldn't be — puts you back in control of the decisions ahead.

The cost of a lower score

Credit influences the rates you're offered on mortgages, auto loans, and cards. Over a loan's life, that difference can be thousands of dollars.

It shows up in daily life

Landlords, insurers, and some employers may review credit-related information. Accuracy on your reports matters beyond borrowing.

Errors are more common than people think

Reporting mistakes happen — wrong balances, duplicate accounts, accounts that were never yours. You have the right to dispute them.

How it works

Four simple steps, fully explained

No black boxes. You'll always know where your case stands and what happens next.

  1. Step 1

    Free consultation & report review

We walk through your credit reports together and identify items that may be inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable.

  2. Step 2

    Your custom dispute strategy

We build a structured plan tailored to your reports and your goals, and explain exactly what we're doing and why.

  3. Step 3

    Disputes & monitoring

We submit and track disputes with the bureaus and furnishers, then update you as responses arrive.

  4. Step 4

    Guidance & habits that last

You get education on utilization, payment history, and credit building so progress doesn't stop when we do.

Timelines and outcomes vary by individual. We cannot guarantee removal of any item or a specific score change.

About us

Credit help that treats you like an adult

I have years of experience helping clients understand and work toward healthier credit. Credit Zoe was built on a simple belief: people don't need hype, they need clarity. Too much of this industry sells miracles. We do the opposite — we show you what's on your reports, explain what can legitimately be challenged, and handle the structured dispute process on your behalf while teaching you how credit actually works.

You keep full visibility the whole way through. You can dispute items yourself for free at any time; clients choose us for the structure, follow-through, and support.

Transparency

Clear pricing, honest expectations, and no promises we can't keep.

Education

You'll understand the why behind every dispute and every recommendation.

Personalized guidance

Your plan is built around your reports and your goals — never a template.

FAQ

Straight answers before you commit

How long does the process take?+

Most clients work with us for several months. Credit bureaus generally have up to 30–45 days to respond to a dispute, and reports update on their own cycles. Timelines differ for everyone and outcomes vary.

What kinds of items can be disputed?+

Items you believe are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable — such as accounts that aren't yours, incorrect balances or dates, duplicate entries, or records tied to identity theft. Accurate, verifiable, and timely information cannot be removed.

Can you guarantee my score will go up?+

No. No company can lawfully guarantee a specific score increase or the removal of accurate information. Results vary based on your reports, your creditors, and your own credit habits.

Can I dispute items myself for free?+

Yes. You have the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to dispute information directly with the bureaus at no cost. Clients hire us for structure, tracking, and guidance so nothing falls through the cracks.

Do you need my Social Security number?+

We only collect information necessary to review your reports and prepare disputes, handled securely. Nothing is shared without your consent.

What does it cost?+

Pricing is discussed transparently on your free consultation, with no hidden fees and no surprise charges. You'll know the cost before you decide anything.
